• Once you have completed and submitted the application form, Tai teg will consider the information provided and approve or decline your application.
• If you are approved, you will be placed on the Tai Teg register and you will be able to bid for properities via your account. 
• If we decline, you will be provided with the reason and given advice and guidance.

Appeal against a decision if declined 

• If you have been declined to be placed on the Tai Teg register and you have additional information that we can consider that you have not included in your original application form, then please login to your account and amend the details on your application form and re-submit for consideration.
• If you have no additional information to provide as part of the appeal process, then the decision to refuse the application will remain.
• If at any time your circumstance change then you will have to login to your account and amend your details and re-submit for consideration.

Once you have been approved and placed on the register

• From now on, you can login to your account and apply for properties depending on what you have been approved for i.e., to rent /buy or both.
• It will be up to you to look for suitable properties through our website or social media.
