About Tai Teg
Welcome to the Tai Teg website.
The site will give different options regarding affordable units available, whether it is rented (intermediate rent) or properties to purchase at an affordable price.
The primary purpose of the register is to enable individuals and households to register their interest in affordable housing and to be in a position to apply for suitable affordable properties as they become available across Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Wrexham and Powys. In addition to facilitating access to affordable housing opportunities, the information provided through the register helps councils and registered social landlords understand the level and nature of housing need in these areas. This information may also be used to comment on planning applications and to support the planning and delivery of future affordable housing developments.
There are 12 partners involved in the register, more information can be found under the Partners tab.
